Laryssa Weiland

Ms. Weiland joined KLS in 2022 and specializes in patent and trademark prosecution. Prior to joining KLS, she spent four years at a large law firm, and eight years before that at a boutique IP Law Firm, both based out of Orange County, California. Ms. Weiland has a knack for problem solving and enjoys working with clients to achieve their IP goals. She has prosecuted a wide variety of innovations, ranging from blockchain technology to electric candles, and worked with Fortune 500 Companies to individual inventors. Laryssa has over 15 years of experience in Intellectual Property both domestic and foreign patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution, along with experience with analysis, enforcement efforts, and IP litigation.

Personal:

When Ms. Weiland is not working, she is busy volunteering at her children’s school, being their taxi service, and perhaps running with her German Shepard (if she has the energy).
